About me

My name is Dominika and I’m a graphic designer drawn to calm, thoughtful visuals. Illustration is a natural part of my process—something I use to bring a bit of warmth and personality into my work.

I enjoy balancing structure with softness—keeping things simple, but expressive. My work is often inspired by nature, atmosphere, and quiet moments.

My creative journey began in elementary school, when I started a blog and—trying to make it look nice—created my first “design” in MS Paint. Yes, tough beginnings indeed.

From there, I kept learning by observing, trying, failing, and trying again. I made countless web designs, banners, and posters that would be painful to look at now—but they became the foundation of where I am today.

I’m still learning, always open to discovering new things.

When I’m not at my notebook or iPad, you’ll likely find me wandering the streets of Prague or seeking quiet refuge in a forest. Nature is a constant source of inspiration for me—both creatively and personally.

In 2025, a wild camping trip in Scotland became one of those moments that stayed with me, shaping how I see and approach things.
